For youth aged 13-19 years, this community inclusion program offers after school activities that provide opportunities to learn new skills and take part in community based social are recreational activities.
Adult program that offers opportunities to learn new skills and take part in community-based social and recreational activities. Volunteer and paid work in the community and directly with PDSCL in our Woodshop, Bike Shop, Facility Maintenance and Janitorial Services.
Provides supports for individuals living in the community. It may just a few hours per week to daily check-ins. Staff can assist with shopping, budgeting, medical and other appointments or other needs that contribute to safe and independent lives as part of the community.
Similar to "Foster Care" Homeshare providers are paid caregivers who can provide the supports for a safe and welcoming home for a person diverse abilities.
We provide 24-hour 7 days per week staffing to support residents in a group home setting.
PDSCL's Community Inclusion program focuses on independence, community participation, skill development, and much more. Inclusion programs are created for the client to best suit their needs.


Our staff can provide supports for individuals working at jobs in the community or looking for work. Supports can include job coaching, work experience, job searchs, or other supports that contribute to a persons success.
